Monte Cristo Sandwich

- 2 Slices whole wheat bread ( I used a whole wheat one that are only 60 calories per slice so only counts as 1 yellow)
- 3 slices low sodium low fat ham
- 1 Swiss Cheese slice halfed
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 egg
- Spread bread with mustard. Alternate ham, Swiss and ham slices on bread.
- Beat egg in a small bowl. Coat the sandwich with the egg flipping it on both sides.
- Heat a greased skillet over medium heat, brown the sandwich on both sides. Serve hot.
