Brussels Sprout Scramble

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 green container brussel sprouts aprox 5
  • 1 tsp olive oil for frying ( I used and olive oil sprayer)
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Directions

  1. Cut Brussels sprouts and turkey bacon place in pan with tsp of oil and a tablespoon of water for frying. Fry till desired crispyness (this is my own word your welcome to use it too) when desired crispyness is achieved place lemon juice in on top and stir around.
  2. Remove Brussels and turkey mixture from pan and fry egg, I like mine dippy/runny so I did it this way you may also scramble the egg in with everything in first step, just wait till everything is half done cooking then scramble egg in.
