So in one of my challenge groups, one of my clients had posted this and it just looked so yummy so I asked her if she could share this with all of us!
Pork and Goat Cheese Pasta

- 1 red thinly sliced pork chop
- 1/2 green asparagus
- 1/2 green chopped tomato
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 yellow cooked pasta
- 1/2 blue goat cheese
Cook pasta. Heat olive oil and brown pork. Add in veggies and saute a few minutes, letting the tomatoes release their juice and get really soft. Then add half a yellow container of pasta water. Add pasta and saute together. Top with goat cheese. Mmmmmm mmmmmmm so yummy!
