Chicken Quesadilla 


Chicken Quesadilla

1 Serving

21 day fix approved


1 Large whole wheat quesadilla (this equals 2 yellow containers) , may use 2 small corn (If only have one yellow container)

1/2 Red Container of precooked chicken (If not using greek yogurt as side dip fill red all the way full if desired)

1 green container worth of peppers and onions and tomatoes chopped

1 blue container of shredded cheese of choice I used a mixed tex mex variety

1/2 red container of Greek yogurt

1/2 green container of homemade salsa ( I used a brand I got a costco) 1/2 cup of this salsa counts as one green (if using salsa from a jar it counts as 1 purple)


  1. Add ingredients on the whole wheat tortilla, warm the chicken if desired.
  2. Spray a skillet with cooking spray or olive oil and place on medium-high heat
  3. Place tortilla on skillet and fold in half. Flip to brown both sides – about 2 minutes each side or until desired crispiness is achieved.
  4. fill a small ramekin up with your greek yogurt and your salsa and place on side.

Eat and enjoy!!
