Raw Banana Bread Mounds

So I sat there wondering what the heck should I do with these rotten bananas this time haha. I wanted something that wasn’t a ton of ingredients either. I used my dehydrator for this but you could also just keep in fridge or freezer to let these set as well.

Raw Banana Bread Mounds

Makes 8

2 cups cashews

2 ripe bananas

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup crushed pecans or walnuts or raisins or mixed

Process all the ingredients except the pecans in food processor till smooth. Scoop out with ice cream scoop and dehydrate for about 12 hours at 104. Or place in freezer or fridge.

SEE SO EASY!! This is why i love raw desserts, they are so simple and fast to make. You don’t need a tone of the desserts because they are so filling.  This recipe is great because its super moist still and tastes like traditional banana bread too!!
