Homemade Cereal

So now your are all wondering what do I do with this left over almond pulp from making the almond milk. Well here’s your solution!! CEREAL!!!

Honey Cluster Crunch Cereal

1 cup almond pulp
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup hempseed
1/4 cup flax seed
2 tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch salt

Mix all together and spread out on texflex sheets of your dehydrator and dehydrate at 145f for 2 hours (may use oven to just put on really low temp and leave oven door open)
If you want clusters sprinkle on sheet if you want squares spread out flat and score! I’m lazy so I make clusters lol.

Then turn temperature down to 115f and keep drying for about 10 to 12 hours or till desired crunchiness, make sure to flip onto mesh screen at about 5 hours!

Now top with that almond milk you made DELISH!! Some fresh fruit, soo good!!
